Sjoe, you guys burn a lot!! Previously my aim was to burn 300 calories, about 4 times a week. Obviously this is the reason why I'm not losing the weight the way i'm hoping to!!! Think going to try aim for 500 calories, 5 times a week. Will keep an eye on this thread! xx

I'm in the same boat! It's so easy to follow healthy eating and exercise habits during weekdays - weekends, not so much. Thanks for posting this, there's some great advice given. My rewards aren't weekly, they're based on reaching mini-goals with my weight loss. Mostly my rewards are things like a pedi, a hair treatment, a movie date. Can't wait for next reward of buying a new pair of jeans! I like the idea someone suggested above of rewarding yourself by putting some cash aside each week - that…

I don't log my calories on Sundays, which is my cheat day (usually.) This post has given me an idea, to log, for interest sake and see what the damage actually is! I'm guessing it's probably around 500 - 1000 calories more than usual. But rest of the time I'm really good at staying just under my calorie goal.
