Oh wow, Oh wow, Oh wow! Just goes to show that it can be done! Thanks so much for the inspiration!

Such a good idea to use a Tortilla as pizza base. TFS
-
Hermia, add me if you want - perhaps we can motivate each other through Level 2 and 3
-
I'm on Level 2, just completed day 3. After the 1st day I was so sore... I had to force myself to do the second day, but I'm glad I did, because now at Day 3 I'm not so sore any more. So things can only get better

And yes, you can log it as circuit, but best is to use HRM because its not so accurate with circuit training, but the closest I guess
-
I've done Jillian's Ripped in 30 which is based on the same 3-2-1 principle and currently I'm doing her 30-Day-Shred program, which is similar, just 2-2-1. It really works - you tone and you burn calories in a short workout which is wonderful. Good luck!
-
Me too- I cried the WHOLE movie. PS I love you City of angels If only Curious case of Benjamin Button My list is endless... doesn't take much to make me cry
-
That's so amazing, you look so beautiful and great! Well done, you can be proud of yourself!
-
Totally inspiring - well done girl, so happy that your hard work is paying off!
-
Well done, you're doing so great!

Don't give up! I started out thinking I'm going to die if I continue it, but I pushed myself, taking short breaks and drinking a sip of water, modifying moves to help me be able to do it. After 12 days of this I did so much better that I was able to move on to level 2. From lying down on the ground, out of breathe, aching…

Haha a word I use often too. Nice to see a fellow-South African :-)
-
We both are :-D
-
I also think it's silly to log cleaning and such as exercise. I only log solid workouts like if I do a 30 Day Shred, Kettlebell, Dance or Boxing workout. I'm also at a stage where I'm stuck on my weight, but steadily losing inches - so I guess my workouts does help a lot
-
You have it spot-on :-) Yes - I want to burn some GOOOD calories - true calories. I want my workouts to count!
-
Oh am eating healthy and not more than I should - don't you worry about that - I was just asking out of pure interest. I learn a lot out of others' experiences and was wondering as I'm on a mission not only to lose weight, but to get fit as well.
-
Wow you guys are all doing so well, seems I need to up my game as I only burn 250 - 300 a day x 5 days a week. Ordered my HRM so hopefully when it comes I will be able to see exactly how much I burn and work towards exercising more optimally.
-
I weigh myself every week, because if I see I have lost, it motivates me to lose even more. And if I gained then I know I have to put in extra effort the next week to make up for it. Make friends with the scale :-) it's not so bad
-
The 50 Shades of Grey trilogy :blushing:
-
It happens to the best of us... I promise you! Don't fret over it any longer, just keep on going on this healthy eating journey - don't give up because of one binge!
-
I'm also carrying around water weight... or so I think - for the past 2 to 3 weeks my fingers remains swollen, which usually only happens when I retain water. And I saw a gain on the scale too, even though I'm doing the 30 day Shred and eating healthy
-
Age is just a number
-
Wow you're looking fabulous! Well done!
-
Yes for sure! Weigh again in about 3 days time and I can guarantee you that you would have lost almost everything you gained
-
working out hard!
-
Hehe this for me as well! Lucky I am to have already found my true love!
-
You're only naughty when you're caught out! ;-)
-
Oh wow that's rather hectic! I think I'll track what I'm eating for the rest of my life, I don't want to make the same mistakes again!
