I have decided to reward myself for every 10kg I lose: A Nine West Handbag for my first 10kg Heart rate monitor for 20kg Weekend away for 30kg My goal is approx 40kg - I guess a new wardrobe will be in order :-D

Eat out of all 5 food groups - you must have your proteins, fruit & veg, grains, dairy and good fats - don't do fad diets, don't starve yourself, eat lots of unprocessed foods. I've lost 18 pounds in just under 4 months. I do it the slow way - eating 1370 calories a day plus my exercise calories. That way I know I can keep it up.
