  • Hey guys- quick question. I am new to this. Whenever I add in my exercise routine for the day, my calorie goal goes back up to the number of calories i could have before my work out. Does this mean I have to re-consume those calories THAT day? May seem like a silly question but I'm just confused. Thanks guys and good luck…
