i have a slim-a-soup, half a cucumber and a cup of frozen berries for dinner. better to have something light rather than nothing as you might end up binging. and drink a load of water - put yourself back in the healthy eating mindset :)

Coffee contains caffeine, which in moderate amounts can increase your metabolic rate. Make sure you buy organic though, as it is a heavily sprayed crop and is usually laden with pesticides

The meat I buy has the caloric values listed for 100g of edible product. Caloric information I have seen on the Internet etc is practically identical, so I think that the first calculation you suggested sounds appropriate :)
