  • Gaining muscle without gaining any fat is possible, it just takes a long while. I recently went thru my bulking pass and gained 10 pounds so i could pack on the muscle mass for a figure competition. Eating foods that help build muscle was key!!   • Hi. I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 130. I'm currently 124.5 and not sweating that i'm down a bit. But to figure your daily caloric intake, you take your goal weight x 13= daily caloric intake. So mine is 130 x 13 = 1,690. Then any colories burned will add on top of that so in a typical day i need 2400ish to maintain.…
