  • i have a Polar F11 Watch...i go by the watch because it has all of my stats in it....unless it looks TOO way off, like yesterday it said i burned 1158 cals....but i usually burn around 800 or so, so i logged 800 cals...........   • i go with what my Polar F11 HR monitor watch states....it has my height/weight plugged in, plus it is measuring my heart....so it can be a little more close to accurate...i don't think ANYTHING is ever ACCURATE tho... :( Good Luck :D

  • what I personally do is start it around 2.5 to 3.0 on the speed.....i WOULD add the incline, but only do it when you feel comfortable....The incline is better and helps you burn more calories......TAKE IS SLOW your first time.....don't over do it.....i would just keep increasing as you feel comfortable.....don't hop up…
