As long as you are in a deficit, you are good to go. Zumba is great because it is meant as a fun activity just as much as a workout activity.

Nothing different. It as my goal to only go full binge once a week in December. I've still lost weight every week, while still enjoying myself. Tonight I shall eat and drink as much as I do every NYE.

No, but I did wear a Santa suit during Zumba. Santa is only a couple letters different than Sauna.

Obviously a preacher. The body language and lack of a tie with the top button undone would suggest that this is either a bible study group, Wed service or you are a very relaxed individual. Either way, I would assume you are down-to-earth.

It was working fine until mid December when it stopped.

I've been having problems with it all week. It syncs on the Garmin Connect portion, but does not put any information over into MFP.
