Reducing and almost eliminating the amount of carbs (grains, starches, sugar) that I eat after lunch has help significantly. In fact I have reduced carbs overall and increased Good fats and proteins. Personally I think you may be drinking too much at a time. When my son was young, he had food poisoning which dehydrated him severely. Rather than putting him on an IV the ER docs recommended 2 tbsps. every 15 mins. Mind you he was really little, but I see too many folks downing 10 or more oz all in one shot, just to get…
