I'm 30 year old mum. I have three children. My youngest is coming up 6 months and my oldest is 10 years old. I hate being over weight. I have no spooky on how to fix myself. My two older children has autism and they eat different meals. I cook three meals. Most nights. How many calories should I do.

I use 100 self raising 100g whole meal flour and 200g yoghurt for two ppl.I make my own sauce

hiya my partner does 5:2 he was 22st. now he is 14st. he reach that weight in less than a year. he loves it but he has had no loss for awhile. i'm doing it with him now. i'm fasting today

hiya I'm planning on going back to my just dance 3. i loved using it on my ps3. it has helped me and my mum to lose weight but i have stop. try and do 20 mins at least. my son is 5 years old and he joins in on the action. it is fun
