I just had mine done a month ago. In all honesty, it didn't hurt that bad. I have had more painful ear piercings done! No change to sensitivity at all. :)

I too had 2 c sections...I had worked my butt off and lost 90+ lbs. I did alot of situps and alot of core exercises and they didn't seem to help enough to make a huge difference.
