I definitely have the same issue, so you're not alone. I usually try to distract myself by surfing the 'net, reading a book, calling someone up, etc. Once you're distracted it's a lot easier to let the temptation subside. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny/healthy feels."

I used to binge on sweets at night as well, and I agree, knowing you have to "take responsibility" or keep track of everything you eat is really effective! Good luck to you!
