I ate a raw diet for 5 years and had no problems with it. You get to try a lot more food and ways of making it. I would say give it a go for a week and see how you feel. I am now a vegan, and have been for over 15 years.

I don't eat after 7pm. I find that l have a better sleep if l am not so full. But l think it is up to the person what they do. As everyone is different.

Don't cut the fruit out..cut out bread, pasta, white rice, biscuits etc..fruit and vegs are good for you and you need them to fill up on..and eat only good fats like avocados, olive oil, nuts..I eat high protein but l do not cut out fruit at all..I have protein shakes and bars to help me with the protein..

I agree with this one. As l had been over weight for a long time then when l did drop 38lbs and then saw some friends they thought l was sick because of the loss. But l did let them know that it had been awhile in seeing them and things do change.
