I reward myself with new clothes that are in the size l am wishing to get down to. Plus saving for that cruise that l have always wanted to go on. So at goal weight l am going on the cruise.

I eat 1200 cals or less per day and have lose 57lbs in 10 months so far and l don't eat back my exercise cals ever. Occasionally I will go above on some days but mostly 1200 cals.

I started in December 2011 and down 55lbs now 19th October 2012. Have about another 20lbs to go, so l am working at it to be finished around December 2012. I gave myself 12 months to lose all the weight.

I never eat back my exercise calories. I eat around 800-1200 calories a day and have done this from Christmas 2010 and have lose 55lbs so far. lots of people eat red meat, me l hate it and have never eaten it. I eat chicken but not red meat ever and my kids do not eat red meat as well as l cannot even cook it.

wow thanks for this as l have been thinking what to do with the saggy skin thatl have got right now and l have never had sagging skin before in my life. I am glad to hear that over time it will get better.

I am 5'4 and l eat around 1400 calories per day. I do not eat back my exercise calories, but if l go over a bit l do not care. And so far l have loss 54lbs

I don't eat back the cals l burn. If l go over l don't care because l burn around a extra 2400 cals a day and l could not eat 3600 cals a day.I have been losing weight at around 1-2 lbs per week so l am very happy with it so far.

Approach it one day at a time. But keep up the exercise at least 3 days a week to help with the maintenance of it. I up it about 200 cals a day for a couple of weeks and see how you are going.

Make a smoothie with strawberrys, kiwi fruit, almond meal, yoghurt, skim milk, spinach blend together and drink. Or Baked Beans on toast, there are lots of things you can have for breakfast to make it interesting

I don't eat back my exercise calories as l am on around 1500-1600 a day. I burn around 3000 cals a day, which works out that l am losing 2lbs-3lbs per week. I feed my body when l am hungry and only eat good foods.

Welcome and congratulations on taking control back. Feel free to add me as l was morbidly obese back 9 months ago when l started to take control back of my life and have lose 54lbs in 9 months. So it can be done and with the help of friends, family and MFP you are on your way.
