Miracle weight loss

Who is taking any "diet pills, or metabolism booster or appetite suppressors"
State whether it worked for you, is it worth the money, any bad side effects.
Not judging just looking to see if there are any trends in what people like to try, just saw a post for a "cleanse" so it got me thinking, are all these "unnatural" products actually worth it?

    NOT A Troll!!!!!!!!
I really think that some pills are more dangerous than others, but under Dr. supervision some pills might actually help with weight loss

I have used Alli. Didn't do a darn thing, finished a bottle of 120 pills. Not even a quarter of a pound.

I've used Dieters Cheating Caps - composed of three fibers - awesome results. Cost too much, forget to take them AS DIRECTED.
They curb the appetite and I lost a few pounds - but for 90 pills, Not worth it for the price.

I've used 10 DAY DIET PILLS,. They were awesome, has green tea, ketone. Sorta jittery, cost too much.

I now use ordinary glucomannan, about 7 bucks (fiber). curbs appetite a little.; along with this fiber, i take vinegar and lecithin tabs, just for the sake of the lecithin, vinegar and kelp. I've been there and the only thing that worked is what my doctor gave me, whereas I felt like I had bugs crawling in my scalp as a side effect.

Thank you for a real response, maybe I should post on Nutrition section?!

Although I wouldn't mind trying some of those "Badass pills"

I'm currently using Inciner-8 from bodybuilding.com. I have done it for three days and I have lost 1.5 lbs since I started, almost all of it being fat. I ate more calories than I normally do, but I also added whey/casein protein to my diet and CLA capsules. And I also ran two 5ks. So who knows whether the fatburner actually was what was working. I'm only doing it for a month, though.

I ate nothing but a communion wafer and sip of wine per day for 30 days and lost 45 lbs. Must have been a miracle.

I started out using ali diet pills and lost 20 pounds but I also followed a low cal low fat diet and I did exercise. I quit with the pills because of the side effects that occur from eating even the smallest bit of fat. I had a salad that had absolutely no dressing on it and no cheese but the nuts were roasted with a brown sugar butter mixture and that little bit did me in. Had to only be a 1/4 cup of nuts on that salad but still had the side effects. I am still losing the weight at a steady rate of 1.9 pounds per week so you can't convince me that its the ali diet pills. I will never again do diet pills or those nasty shakes. Did those nasty shakes 15 years ago after having our last child. Yuck!!!

I doubt if he really ate just a wafer and wine for 45 days! anyway the lady is asking if people take diet pills and the outcome of it.

I've tried Alli with the diet plan and it only upsetted my stomach. I've tried HCG for a couple days, but for it to work you really have to follow their 500 calorie plan. I have tried slim fast, but the drinks get old and Slimquick appetite surpressants don't taste good tome. I've given up on pills becuase they really haven't done anything, or have helped me start to lose weight ubt then I gain everything back, so I come to the conclusion they don't work.
  • I have used me fair share of diet pills. The BEST I have used were hydroxycut hardcare about 3 years ago BEFORE they redid their formula. I was trying to lose weight before my husband came back from iraq and after the whole bottle I was down from 175 to 135 in about 2 months. It gave me tons of energy. I have used Alli and that is crap. Lipo 6 hers but that was a good one. It made me sweat a lot but I sweat VERY easily anyway but I did feel a boost but the pills only lasted awhile. Umh I used also jack3d and hydroxystim and jack3d does give me that crazy energy but it gives you a ichy feeling for like 5 mins or so and hydroxystim just was a waste. I have maybe taken two more different diet and energy pills but can't remember. The only one that did as claimed was the old hyrdroxycut hardcore. Overall a waste of money and time. .

I tried to eat real food once as an appetite suppressor, and it worked so well, I tried it again. I think I'm on to something here...it's been almost 40 years eating real food, but I want to be 100% sure about this before publishing my findings. If something changes, I'll let you know.

Agreed with Tania.. diet pills might actually kill you........so Please avoid it, they don't work out in the long term............

why not green tea extract, and sometimes caffeine???
