Yes !! I accept your challenge :) I am working too hard right now to let alcohol ruin it for me, last 10 pounds are a b__ch ;) Not a big drinker, well I don't drink very often maybe once or twice a week, but it's usually a large enough amount when I do :/

Was going to suggest juice too for something different :wink: I'm not an oats lover, but my children are & they have this quite often in summer when it is a bit warm to be eating cooked oats & they LOVE it ... 1/4 C Oats Apple / Blackcurrant / Cranberry Juice to cover, soak overnight In the morning add some Plain Yoghurt

The 'quick oats' were the problem, they turn to mush because they are finer, try it with whole oats ;)

LOVE this !! I'm slightly OCD with this issue & absolutely MUST delete a fourth 'dot' if I accidentally press too many, although I never knew there were SUPPOSED to be 3 :noway: At least you use 'dots', my husband uses 'commers' & it drives me insane :grumble: Me, I go overboard with the exclamation marks !!!!! :tongue:…

Yep, first time round, a week or so in, hurt my left knee ( was really swollen for 2 weeks, probably because I didn't rest it enough ) ... Maybe make sure you've got some good shoes & check your flooring, I was doing the jumping jacks etc. on slate tiles, sure that wasn't a good idea, got me some awesome exercise mats…

I've lost 10 kgs total now, since I was at my heaviest & started actively trying to lose weight ... still have about 7kg to go, but I am so much happier with how I look, loving having a jawline & a collarbone & it is obvious to everyone that I have lost weight, but ughhhh damnit !! :angry:

Lightly fry some thinly sliced ( lean ofcourse ) short cut bacon in a pan & add finely sliced cabbage, it shrinks down quite a bit ;) Mmmmmmmmmmm :)

If you like 'satay' sauce, try some sauteed onion, a dollop of peanut butter mixed with about 100g of natural yoghurt, drizzled over chicken is devine !! I made it for the first time lastnight, with broccoli & some other veg's & will be putting that one on the regular menu ;)
