Ive done the Tiny Tea one a few times. It's not a miracle worker but my digestion is already top notch. I do love the energy it gives me and it helps with bloating. Only downside is the price.. SO expensive for freakin tea.

First, make sure you're eating enough throughout the entire day.. Drink a lot of water, it helps with satiety. Also, add some cococnut oil or avocado to your shake in the morning. Fat helps a TON with staying full.

Not sure if anyone has said it.. Weigh every morning at the same time and take a weekly average.

I just got a heart rate monitor and before I would use the weight lifting/circuit training/strength training exercises entered as cardio.. My actual calories burned that i know now are pretty far off from what MFP was saying. It didnt matter too much since I dont really adjust my food intake based on what I burn though. I…
