Thank you for that responce, I've been looking myself and can't seem to get a straight answer, there are lots of people saying it works for them and lots who say it works better when they don't eat it back. It's rather confusing! I don't need to loose much just about a stone, so I don't know what the best option would be.…

I am eating between 1200 calories and 1300 calories, and exercising alongside it. :) P.S thanks for all the quick replies it had me a little confused!
