I'm 5'4", which I suppose really isn't short 5 foot, but why not join in on the goals? Haha. When I started at 180 my initial goal weight was 140, but now that I am within five pounds of that goal I am stretching it out to 130 or at least refocusing on toning up!

I love riding! I ride around 12 miles a day five days a week (it usually breaks down to about an hour, sometimes I do it in two half hour increments one in the morning and one at night).
