I just tried for the first time this morning, Kashi go lean crunch. Honey almond flax. Very good. Says as much protein as an egg. 9 grams of protein per serving. 8 grams of fiber. Works for me.

When you realize you can run on the treadmill, even though it was for only a short time. I'm getting there!

My corgi Boomer hates when I do Richard Simmons DVD's. He barks the whole time! But he does wait patiently for me while I'm on the treadmill. Good Boy Boo....
