  • I'm doing it too! Love that these workouts are short...I did them a little bit last year, and truly noticed a change in my strength. Hoping to loose these last 5 pounds before getting pregnant again! ;) Doing day 5 today!
  • I LOVED mine. It really held me accountable for what I put in my mouth...it also was great to see how many calories my body was really burning. They were having a good sale going on.
