So far I've lost 40 pounds, and I have a lot of people tell me they've noticed. But, like you, I still look in the mirror and don't see the difference. I still go to buy the bigger clothes, but then stop myself. I still have more to lose, but just have to take day by day. Enjoy the compliments! Keep up the good work!
