couscous with chickpeas make couscous. set aside in a frying pan w some evo add chopped onions and crushed garlic, sautee for a couple of min add chickpeas drained, cook for 4 min chop up cucumber, tomato and mint or parsley or basil or cilantro combine all ingredients, season with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon

make a big batch of plain tomato sauce. have it over pasta have it over grilled or steamed veggies add some meat to it and have it as a stew. freeze the rest tomato sauce just gets more and more delicious as days go by

take this from the suckiest runner in the world (me), just keep going. I did couch to 5km. and, while i could run the 5km, my time was really really crappy, and i still had to walk for 1 min every 10 min. and this is ok.
