I love working out but I hate what it is doing to my feet. im a big fan of good foot care, get regular pedis, scrub off dead skin and put on moisturizers. i like pretty feet. but I have noticed that high impact exercise is giving me blisters and leaves my feet in a terrible state... any advice?

lost weight doing absolutely NOTHING????
ok, so when I am at my flat I go to the gym 5x a week, eat healthy and track my weight. the scale barely moves. For the last 3 week its been a flurry of weddings, partying, drinking, eating things i generally dont eat, and I have lost 1.5 kg.... what gives? please note I also havent been to the gym in 3 weeks....

When I work out i go really really hard. Otherwise i kind of feel like I am wasting my time. However at the end of my session I am completely sweaty. Should I be holding back a bit? I personally don't mind, but is there something about gym etiquette that I am ignoring by being a sweaty mess?
