ugh. i just got knocked out for a week due to the worst flu I have ever had. Today is the first day i finally think I will make it.
Im fairly weak and my stomach is not 100% happy (I have been eating mostly bananas, potatoes, crackers and soup for the last week).
What should I be eating to gain my strength back and build up my immune system? Things that are too acidic still make me feel sick so grapefruit is out....

I was out for about a week due to the flu a couple of weeks ago. I mainly ate soups--lots of veggie ones, beans, peas etc to get my nutrients up.
Increase different foods slowly back into our diet until your stomach is back to normal.0 -
beans and peanut butter? i drank lots of herbal tea as well...and hot foods like hot oatmeal0
