Here's the thing. You might be down 2, up 2 in the start. I know I was. However, you might also be in the best shape of your life. Your body is changing in more ways then is on the scale! You might be losing fat and gaining muscle.
Just try (I know it's hard) to stick to plan. Meaning, if you burn off some calories try to keep to the calorie # that the MFP gives you for each day. If you don't eat what it gives you you're not going to lose weight every week. Sounds strange, but that's the way Weight Watchers works as well.0 -

I TOTALLY Agree; the scale is Fickle, especially for women. make sure you are eating according to a plan that works, do your exercise routine, make sure you are eating what you list...after that let your body do it's thing. I know that it can get dis-heartening when you work so hard and then get on the scale and not only have you NOT lost weight but you have GAINED weight. But if you are doing Right, keep it up, it will pay off. LOOK at the Non Scale Victories (NSV)...are you feeling happier with yourself, do you feel healthier, are you looking better, are you more mobile and active...Just hang in there, you WILL get a Break Through!0 -
yes. i mean icant tell on clothes that I have gained, everything fits the same, i can tell a bit on my face..
but i also know that i did party and consume a lot more alcohol in the last couple of weeks, and did go out to restaus all the time.
......
i will pull myself together... i will.0
