what will i do better tomorrow.....?

ok so you know how fitness is about changing ONE THING per day to create new habits? well... yesterday I was thinking of my day nutrition wise and I was like... 'shoot if i had just done that one thing differently I could have had a pretty successful day in terms of reaching my goals.'

behaviour:
sooo yesterday I wish I had not had avocado AND bunch of ham at lunch, bringing my lunch up over 600 cals. had I skipped the ham, I would have had a nice 400 cal lunch.
solution:
Today I will aim at having a 400 cal lunch.

    My goal has been to snack less during my 12 hours shift and so far so good Tomorrow i am going to try not to ruin my salad with bad dressing

    ooo good one. I had a salad that looked so innocent and then i calculated it all up and BAM, i could have eaten a burger

  • had oatmeal this am it was so healthy until i added 2 tbsp of honey; even 1 would have been fine. I could've eaten a chocolate chip muffin!

    at least honey is good for you and technically already digested. I am pretty sure it is tougher on your digestion to go thru flour and sugar

    great point!!! next time i eat i'll try to think of foods 'easily digestable' :)

    had 2 chocolates and not 3- win
    BUT
    had 3 small bowls of soup

    tomorrow
    will ensure only 2 bowls will be had

    yesterday was a total write off. just a bad bad overly indulgent overly vegging on the couch day
    today i will go to bikram / will minimize overeating
