hiii longer than 5 weeks... but i just finished week 5. also i am for now doing the wimpy pushups (on my knees). Once I finish I will attempt the real ones. i have been doing yoga every single day for 25 min for 5 weeks now :)

re alcohol pushers. yes i live in a city where booze is involved in EVERYTHING. even going to the movies. When i announced i was not going to drink for 2 weeks ppl panicked.

yes, one should not deprive oneself. at the end of the day you still gotta live and be happy, and food is one of the great pleasures of life. living on kale only makes unhappiness. so have a piece of chocolate, but dont have the whole box
