I had the same problem, but if you go into poundland you can buy sets of cup measurements, I bought ones from 1/3rd of a cup upwards as my sister and I often swop recipes and weight loss tips as she is married to an American and I couldn't do her recipes without them, plus it means I can do recipes and convert easier for…

I can now stand nearer to my kitchen worktop which means I can close my kitchen window as I can now reach the catch without having to go outside and push it shut first. :bigsmile: Being only 4 ft 10 and a bit, that was a really big deal to me :smile:

I make soup with them, it is amazing with 1 grilled sausage sliced thinly into the soup as you serve. The mixture of the textures, and the contrast of sweetness from the squash and the saltiness of the sausage is fantastic. The sausage act like croutons, so you do not need extra bread or anything with it.

I am 4ft 10 1/2 (the 1/2 is important LOL) It was always my ambition to be 5ft, I failed I started at 170 I am now 152. I want to get into the 120's if possible.

Does anyone know if we can get canned pumkin in the UK, looked at the main supermarket websites and cannot see it. Love the sound of all these recipes but wont be able to try them if I cant get the ingredients :-(

I bought the book mid August from WH Smith paid £10.99 for it, Love the recipes am slowly working through them. We had the cooked breakfast, really yummy but put too much water cress on the plate though (they said half a bag so that is what I used) think they must have had a smaller bag than I bought. :-) Not completely…

I bought the pack of ready to use sausage meat from Sainsbury's, but you could use any sausage and skin them, just make a note of how many you use, to adjust the calorie count. .
