I buy the weight watchers fromage frais (pack of 4 different flavours), I have 1 each day for my breakfast. Only 48 or 49 calories (depends on the flavour)

Had a couple of eatra rest days this week as we had to go and look after the grandchildren on Friday and Saturday so didn't get my wii out at all, running round after a 1 year old and a 6 year old was exercise enough :-) Back on track today though and have done my hour

I have been doing the free step, island cycle, and free run for an hour yesterday and today, had an extra rest day this week didn't do Friday as I worked late at work and was too tired when I got home., but i did push myself a little harder on saturday to make up a bit.

I agree it is hard to start once your started it isn't too bad.

My rest day today, still loving my Wii Fit plus, still doing 30 mins per night in the week and 60 mins each day on the weekends . Sometimes though I do have to nag myself to do a bit as after a stressful day at work to come home and exercise can be hard.

You might need to buy a balance board for EA Active, You can either buy it with Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus or as a stand alone product .

Did my 30 minutes every day this week (apart from Wednesday, my day of rest). Getting ready for my 1 hour sessions this weekend, Not sure if I have lost this week as I am feeling bloated etc ( TOM) will see when I step on the scales tomorrow.

press the little button underneath and the red button under the flap on your wii when the big button is flashing. It should re synchronize it. You must have the game running though when you do it It took me a few times to get the timing right the first time I did it

I use my wii fit plus 6 days out of 7, I have 1 day off mid week. Mon to Friday I do 30 mins total , 10 mins free step and 20 mins free jog. Just finished my hour on the wii, 284 calories burned going by the calculator on there. Lost 1lb at my weigh in this morning as well so today is a good day . :-)

I dont have the wii biggest loser but I do use the wii fit plus daily, can i use that? I seem to have gained 3lb over the christmas festivities. Need to get back on track after New Years Eve party

1) Joined MFP in Feb 2) Lost over 20lb 3) Started to look at my portion size of mealsand to reduce it. 4) Continually did over 10,000 steps per day (except when on a 2 week holiday and hubby said my pedometer needed a holiday as well. they are fantastic for making coleslaw saves a lot of chopping. I use mine for everything, cakes, soups, mincing my own meat so I know how lean the meat is.
