Cool posts. I am going for 150; but would love to be 140 again.

I guess it depends on the person and body type. But, my wonderful and very fit dietician put me at 50/30/20 (c/p/f). Try to get 3 times as much protein as fat. But one day of indulgence won't hurt, if you are consistent most of the time. Thanks @slomba.

Fabulous! Let's be friends!

Congrats and I understand. How do you make that 'fat brain' go away. I don't know that it does.
-
You can do it the way that will last a lifetime here.

Everyone needs a little time to sulk through the process- but think of it this way: Eating right and being active isn't bad for you even if you NEVER lose a ounce. I have been stuck for about 3 weeks, but so what? I feel better and I just bet yoyu do, too! Change your focus to measuring success by the way you feel- not the…

I don't have pictures... but think Rihanna (when she first came out and in the video Rehab with JT) or Shakira (video Whenever, Whereever) I was told by a cosmetic surgeon when I was 130 flabby pounds and dumb, that my hip "was bone and he can't make it any narrower. Maybe should just continue to build muscle to make the…

Eating more or not eating more... It all really is a science. I am being medically supervised and they have me increasing slowly. My metabolic rate is ok but not where it should be, so if I eat like it is where it's supposed to be, I won't lose anything. They started me at 1300 and have since moved me to 1400. My RMR is…

-
Great work. You look amazing and I know you and your family must be proud.

I think you should address the real issue- being an emotional eater. Try substituting that with something else. When you put the kids to bed instead of staying awake and eating how about get ahead of the game? 1. Log in your foodson MFP for the next day. 2. Prep your meals. 3. Go an 15-30 minute exercise session. I highly…
