  • I am also training for my first 1/2 marathon, aug 17. coming up soon!!!. I've been training for a couple months now and struggled with a knee injury, but feeling better now. just want to finish and not worried about my time. I have run 3 5k races this year and have lost 68 pounds and at goal wt now, yeah. keep going on…
  • on days when I just don't want to run, I choose the elliptical. I get a good workout, but running is the best. I find that if I have a goal to work toward or a race to train for, it keeps me motivated. right now I am training for my first 1/2 marathon aug 17.
