I like the accountability factor of adding friends. Especially if you leave your food diary open. For me that makes me want to make the smart choices and get in my Turbo Fire for the day.

Right now Im doing Turbo Fire and I love it. But starting next month I will be doing Les Mills Combat. I cant wait, Ive heard great things about it!

Im not a breakfast person either but the Slim Fast Shakes never tasted good to me or kept me feeling full very long. Im using Shakeology now and I love the recipes and the energy it gives me. I've never actually done the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet so I dont know if it works. But I do put it on a lot of my veggies and I also use it with Olive Oil instead of bottled salad dressing.

I like water but is it a little plain to say the least. I recently discovered mio drops and they have no calories and taste pretty good. I also love plain unsweetened Iced tea with or without lemon.

I recently discovered Peanut Butter Cheerios and I eat them almost everyday!

Maybe look for shorts that say boyfriend fit. I just got a pair from American Eagle and they are the first pair of shorts that I have bought and liked and felt roomy around my thigh and hip area.

I love peanut butter on top of blueberry waffles instead of syrup and theres this roll up appetizer I had awhile back that was ham with cream cheese spread on top of it then roll that around a dill pickle and serve. Thats was soooo good!! Oh and one more thing I just thought of, grilled cheese with some grape jelly spread…

Thank you, itypealot! This site will be great for me since it will make me feel accountable for ym actions. I love the food diary and think I will love the exercise one once I can get back into my routine and actually post anything on it! Hopefully only a few more days!
