I just finished my first round of the 21 day fix and lost around 6 pounds and 6.5 inches. I love this program because it teaches you portion control and how to eat the right way. and the workouts are only 30 min which are great!!

I have done insanity, chalean extreme, and now I'm doing the 21 day fix.

Try adding more protein to your meals and snacks. Not sure what your breakfast shake was but I find I can't drink my calories.

I am the same way...I was worse about eating what he didn't finish but now I have my little one throw away the food he doesn't eat. It takes a lot of self control....Just stop and think before you even start pouring things.

My hubby is the same way. He doesn't think I should have any muscle definition at all. I told him it's not his body so I'll do whatever I want. If he doesn't like it he doesn't have to look at it.

My advice is to make sure you do eat healthy and exercise (as much as your allowed).....I didn't do either and wish I would have. When I got pregnant I weighed around 135 and weighed 200 the day I went in to have my baby. It took me a year to loose the weight and I still struggle to tone back up. Good luck and I hope you…

If I am stuck at my desk then I tend to snack alot...If i get put in the warehouse to load the beer trucks I forget to eat. I take just enough food and plan what time I can eat so I don't overeat.

I like to sautee kale then top it with quinoa a turkey burger and salsa...yummy For breakfast I do the same just add egg whites instead of the turkey burger.

If I have something like that at home I always bring the leftovers to work....I work with 5 guys so i know it will be gone by the end of the day.

To help me from straying I have a planned "cheat day". I just started this about a month ago and so far it's going good. ^^This! I use to work for an orthapedic and we saw people for this all the time. Good shoes with support will help. I use to get it when I wore cheap shoes and ran. Have you tried rolling your foot around on a tennis ball?? That always helped me. Good luck and don't give up!!

Yep I do every month. This month got new UA Jacket, pants, socks and running shorts. I very rarley reward with food.

I'm right there with you. I can buy 3 in the vera wang brand and old navy but if I go to the "teen"section I'm luck if a 8 or 9 fits. I'm only 26 but I will stick to shoping in the "womens" so I can wear smaller sizes....lol.
