i add a scoop or half a serving of protein powder into my oatmeal before i cook.. just add a little extra water.. and maybe a string cheese or cottage cheese with your fruit (snack) everything i have been reading is to eat many small meals a day.. i have 5 in a day.. every 3 hrs.. but it should have full portion of protein…

You could check out my food diary.. I eat a balanced meal every 3 hrs.. so I pack 3 meals to work everyday... lots of good ideas.. :) so far I don't get tired of anything cause It's constantly being switched up...

I agree and coupon for anything i can... but don't you find that it's more so for unhealthy items.. I definitely stock up when things are on sale and even more so if I have coupons...

I don't get how you are doing it..... I have a family of four and the only way I can spend that amount is to eat mostly unhealthy processed foods.. or couponing.. which is again for the mostly unhealthy processed fooods.. It does get better but .. still highly annoying....
