  • Day 2 complete for me. I did my weekly spinning class tonight and some mild stretching too. Notice my core was really sore but hey must mean I am doing something right. So I did 9 12 9 9 15. Really couldve pushed myself on last set but was so tired. Day 3 here I come. Good luck to you all.

  • You do not have to consume 1200 - 1500 calories. There is no limit on calories.   • Its done all the time. I know I've hosted several in prior workplaces myself and they were very successul. It got the employees involved in to healthier habits.
  • Actually do not follow the meal plan in the book because the calories are too too low. I am a part of a FB group and they will also tell you the same.
