I eat no more than 2 fruit servings a day and all before 2pm. This way it gives my body a chance to burn them throughout the remainder of the day while I am up and operable.

ZUMBA, but now I do a combination of Zumba, Tabata, Core and More, Spinning, Running and Weight Lifting. I gradually adding the different classes to my routine as I moved along in my journey. Each addition helped shape my body. I still have a ways to go but moving along. :)
