I also gave up sodas and only drink them on special occasions and thats even rare, plus I try to choose maybe a Sprite. I just really stopped drinking them a drank water and green tea. That happened to me on my official weigh this past sunday. I knew it was the fact, thay I may did not eat much but I had higher sodium foods.from the cookouts attended for the 4th and not enough water. So I have watched my sodium and drank extra water and poof after about 2 days it was gone. Just try drinking more water…
