i love this show :) i hated last season (i think it was last season, the one with Anna Kournikova?) this one was better. i think that the show is trying to cast more "interesting" people (annoying, loud, obnoxious) to create more drama. which is unfortunate because that isn't what this show is supposed to be about.…

hi guys :) i am shannon, 29 years old with 4 little girls, 8, 4, 2, and 5 months. i have never been thin before, but by the time i reach my goal i would like to have a 6 pack :) even if it is covered with stretch marks!! started today on week 3, column 3 21, 27, 21, 21 and 70 (160 total)

the same thing happened to me when i first started. make sure you are drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep as well. :) it will pass!

i'm going to try it :) i'm gonna start on april 30 though so i can go on monday, wednesday, and friday. :) oh yeah, i got 60 last night for my test. not sure what that means for me, i didn't read past that part haha!

that is awesome! i wanted to try insanity, but when i looked up the reviews on amazon, there were alot of people who said they got injured while doing it, and decided against it. maybe i will give it a try just to see what its like! good job!!!

not much bothers me, but there are always a few people there at the same time that i go (really really small gym in a small town) and i always feel like they are giving me looks like i don't belong there, or that for some reason they are making fun of me for being fat. nobody has ever said anything that i have actually…

yes, i have to agree with you. she sounds a little smothering and annoying. if anyone would act like that to me, i would leave them crying in the locker room, finish my work out, and then leave, leaving them at the gym. you seem like a much more compassionate and kind person than i am. :)

don't they say that roughly 20lb lost = 1 pant size? i though i've heard that somewhere before. so maybe you shouldn't get frustrated yet :) i have 4 little girls, and also have that pear shape and wide hips. someone told me that they will never get any smaller than they are, but i just keep on going and hope for the best…

my fave = 1c frozen banana slices 1/2c frozen blueberries 3 or 6 oz greek yogurt 1c skim milk its the consistancy of a milkshake and so yummy!!! :)

i don't know anything, i'm no fitness professional or dietician, all i've learned is from reading forums. but i am eating 1800-1900 calories a day, and exercise between 30-90 minutes 4 days a week depending on what i'm doing, and i have lost 26 pounds in 2 months. :) there is a really good forum on here who has it…

i don't know i'm not a professional, i was just thinking add 90 calories by drinking milk instead of water. and it has less fat. ? :) by all means drink whatever kind of milk you want! :)

drink a couple of glasses of skim milk during meals? or eat some nuts, spread peanut butter on a banana? :)

i read all of this in a different forum post but i couldn't find it. anyways you then figure out your TDEE. you need to eat LESS than your TDEE, but AT or ABOVE your BMR :) its all a little confusing isn't it? :) lol

yes, i would say figure out your bmr and tdee. when i first joined mfp they gave me 1300 cal, i did that a while then upped it bc it wasn't enough for me, then last week i read a post on bmr and tdee, and found out that i should be eating 1900 calories and that is not including eating back exercise calories.

i usually have about 300 calories for breakfast and lunch, and usually 200-300 calorie snacks after breakfast and lunch. and then for supper i would say i usually have about 500 cal or so. i seem to feel hungrier around 4-5pm

i have some stretchy things with velcro on the ends that are to wrap around your stomach for some reason? but if i'm going to do alot of running or jumping i put on a tank top and strap one around my boobs and one around my belly, then wear a tee shirt over top. helps alot with the jiggling and bouncing :) lol

my trainer told me that it is good to go for about 10 minutes after working out because the heat is good to relax your muscles. :)
