nope! i used to not go anywhere without make up on, but now i have 4 kids, so if i find the time to go to the gym, i'm not going to waste any of it to put on make up. :)

i didn't really go public with it but i have lost 50lb and some people at work have noticed and asked so of course i tell them. i usually only talk gym and diet with 2 of my friends and my bf though. :)

we have a biking/walking trail that goes through wooded areas but also crosses a main road in the middle. i do go by myself alot, never even thought twice about it, until i went once at dusk. nothing happened, didn't even pass another person, but i was so afraid of the dark i was looking over my shoulder constantly.

i eat the same every day. 1800-1900 calories. i don't agree with the eating back of the exercise calories. when you input that you are moderately active, mfp gives you extra calories, i don't think i should be eating extra on top of the extra. when i start having a problem losing, then i will take a look at some new ideas…

another one i like is 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup bananas, 1 cup OJ. (all fruits should be frozen)

i eat 1800-1900 cal/day. exercise 3-5 days/wk for 30-90 min have lost 46 pounds in 16 weeks :)

i am doing mini goals, but for my first, i got a kindle fire, when i reach my second which is coming up soon, i am either going to go zip lining, sky diving, paragliding, or parasailing :) i haven't picked out my reward for my next goal, but it will probably have to be new clothes.

if you don't do cardio and are trying to gain lean body mass, then why would you expect to lose weight? seems like you should be losing fat but gaining muscle. ?

i use them 2 or 3 times then get a new one :) most of the time anyways. sometimes more frequently.
