There are sooo many videos that folks 'round here are completely in love with and faithful to...

I've done: P90x & P90x Plus (awesome for muscle building, strength training); Insanity; kettlebell; and fitness ball work

I've never done (but people seem to really love): Anything/everything by Jillian Michaels; P90; Tapout XT... and many, many more...

With your two full time jobs (hey, I've only got 1 child, and he's plenty of work... I tip my hat to you with three)... the home workouts can be a lifesaver... may want to consider trying to get up before they do (easier said than done, no doubt), and get your time in... then, at the end of the day, you can just chill and know you've already put some work in... (that's what works for me... but not for everyone)
  • i work full time and have 4 kids so i can relate. i take my 8 year old to school and go to the gym on my way home. i find if i don't go right in the morning, something always comes up and i can't make it in. things will be different now that its summer vacation though. i have done 30 day shred and i like it okay. after 4 months and 46 pounds lost i still have a hard time finishing it without cheating though :) good luck~!

none of those are strength training. endurance training and cardio, yes. but strength training no.

strength training is anything that uses your bodies ATP-CP energy systems to do maximal effort work at an intensity where you hit failure in under 30 seconds.

Have a look at bodyrock tv. Look for routines that use bodyweight as a form of resistance training.

Sure, try strong lifts 5x5 (google it) or New Rules of Lifting For Women...the down side is that you'll need to get some equipment~
