^^^ This! I also live in Minnesota. I am not ignorant that crime exists, and I'm not going to say this person isn't legally entitled to carry a weapon, but unless I'm running at 1:00am underneath highway bridges in South Minneapolis, I fail to see carrying a weapon as necessary.

I just finished the 30 Day Shred in 30 days. Did it EVERY DAY. It was hard, and my knees felt like crap, but it is GOOD. I lost a combined 6 inches between my waist, hips, and thighs. I have lost about the same amount as you over a 4-month period. I also wonder if I am doing something wrong. But I am continuing to lose weight, albeit slowly, and I have good energy and am exercising, so I'm going to stick with it!
