The double stroller was my lifeline to exercise when my 2 youngest were still both home. I'd put them in and off we'd go for a nice, long, fast walk. (Plus, I'm sure pushing that much weight adds some resistance training!) Otherwise, no matter how tired I was, I would work out during their nap time. Even if it's only 20-30…

Oh yeah...the peanut butter multigrain Cheerios are delish! Love 'em! Also a big fan of frosted Mini Wheats! Both of my little girls love those too.

When I was in the hospital after having my baby, my nurse used to leave me breakfast bars to snack on during those middle-of-the-night nursing sessions. The Nutrigrain fruit ones were good, and I believe the calorie count isn't bad.
