Substitute ground beef for ground turkey. That will cut your calories down considerably.

I do a 3 mile walk on the weekends. Surprisingly, I eat way less on the weekends than i do during the week.

I would substitute the soup for fat free sour cream and add fresh sauteeed mushrooms for a better taste.

I like Butterball; I eat it almost every morning.

I love Smashed Cauliflower...I add sour cream and parmesan cheese...yum!

I'm on low carb (40 grams a day). I lost 20 pounds in about 3 months and I just started back up today. Looking forward to losing another 10 :)

I'm on a low carb diet and I usually eat Turkey Bacon and Scrambled Eggs or hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Lunch today was grilled chicken salad.

I'm not sure about percentages but I limit myself to 40 carbs a day, I believe that's the max for following the first stage of the Atkins diet. I'm eating my pepperoni and cheese right now! Good luck!

Try Broccoli Salad...raw broccoli, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing...DELICIOUS!

I enjoy Lisa Sansone's 3 mile walk; I do it at least 4 times a week. It has been a big factor in my weight loss so far.
