  • Just got mine today and started today. I'd love to join in if you don't mind that I started a week early!
  • The 7 day meal plan is a 1200 calorie diet that cuts out processed food, white flour, sugar, etc. It's high in protein and as far as I can see doesn't include any grains. So think of it as a south beach like diet for a week and you'll have the idea. Sorry I can't send the actual diet. It's too much to type.
