I feel that way when i'm dehydrated. Do you take blood pressure medicine or anything like that? Those combined with weight loss may be lowering your blood pressure a bit too low.

absolutely the last two posts are dead on... esp if your extra 200 calories are in carbs or sugars etc.

Here is what your being told: 1) Eat more protein less carbs... ++ (good advise) 2) Your not eating enough... again ++ However I don't think anyone has told you to stop skipping meals... This is not good IMO if your on a regular low calorie healthy diet. Eat more often, less carbs, more…
