  • Love ice water! Also Starbucks Iced Green Tea, no syrup, 1 splenda. Love Oceanspray Diet Blueberry drink (made with splenda) and another great drink is Chick fil A's diet lemonade (made with splenda). Hot peppermint tea is good also.
