As I no longer eat refined sugar..... I love not craving sweets and chocolate and biscuits etc. I also love being able to cross my legs easier!! I am only 7lbs down, but I love the beginnings of my cheek bones appearing too!!! Congrats on the wii fit results!!

I swap 2 slices of Bread for one Rakusen Matzo. So 79 calories instead of almost 200! They also fill me up a lot more than 2 slices of bread. Fuller for longer :) Also I swap crisps and doritos for quavers and wotsits :) Also jam and marmalade for marmite. Barely any cals in marmite. I don't even count it! Good luck!!!

The first photo was taken week one and the second week four after a loss of 7lbs. I cannot believe the difference in a month!!! Also in the first photo I took it from an angle to show my 'thin' face lol! I can't get the pics any smaller

I never used to log fruit and veg apart from 'heavy' foods like bananas peas sweetcorn etc. But as I got stuck on a plateau then gained a lot of weight I now log all fruit and veg. Good luck on your journey :) x

Yeah I agree. The reason I didn't have cake was because I've only been going sugar free for 7-10 days so I want to get used to it before treating myself every now and again!
