Being a Christian I think it is very important that you believe the same way. The bible does talk about you needing to be evenly yolk with the person you are with. This is my opinion ofcourse everyone has their own.

Feel free to add. you can never have too many friend. The more I have that are active the more accountable I feel. There are a lot of good info in the forums. Don't get discourages and good luck.

I've just met a lot of men or have guy friends who "require it" but don't think twice that they too might need to take care of themselves. They are okay with being un-kept. LOL!!! The street does go both ways.

I did that last Saturday and it was way to much to even try to work off so I didn't even work out at all. The rest of the week did the same as always and I didn't gain anything but didn't lose anything either was exactly the same (141.6) Every once in a while won't kill you.

I'm not the healthiest eater at all but since being on this site I have just watched the amount I was eating. Still eating fast food and sweets. not a fan of coke, if I chose to drink a a pop I would pick pepsi max. No calories in it either. I don't like the BMI because it shows me to be in the normal range but I know I'm not honestly because I am thick in areas. I think checking your fat body mass is more important. That lets you know no matter what your weight is if you have excess fat or not.

I had real strict parents. My friends wore full blown makeup before me but in 7th grade my parents let me wear powder and lip gloss. Blush, eye shadow, and lip stick wasn't added until like 10th grade and eyeline and mascara was only allowed for like prom in 11th and 12th grade.

I like supreme 90 has 10 different workouts that you rotate.

I rotate what I do with Supreme 90, regular work outs, dancing to stuff like you listed and walking. I for sure do my walking each day (at least 1 mile) but if you look at most workout programs they have you breaking 1 or 2 days a week from the work out. Your body does need the break some.

130 but as long as I am happy and toned if I weigh more that will be fine too.

under eating can be just as bad as over eating. Doubt 1 day is going to matter and eating right before bed not being hungry might not make you feel well either.

I track after I eat and adjust my work out daily depending on what I do and eat.
