You can do it. All of us can. I too had a death in the family last year that wasn't good on my weight loss but I did over come that and got withing 3 lbs of my goal. My dad will be 62 this year and is tattoo free but has wanted one for years. He is very picky and the guy he wants to do it has moved away. Hope to find another guy he will trust. This one guy was even young which surprised me that he picked him to do it.

okay, so I will be the first to put up my embarrassing low numbers up. I never get to run really so I walk 2 miles in about 36 mins I can do 94 sit-ups in 2 mins and push ups wow I suck LOL real push ups I can do 39 in 2 mins edited to correct spelling and grammar.

I need to get more wii games but I use just dance sometimes as part of my work outs. My 3 yr old son loves doing it with me and picking the songs we dance too. I do other stuff too but need to break down and buy other wii games I can use as part of my work outs.

I am 5'6" currently 138. Weight goal wise I'm getting closer but the number isn't what matters to me as me liking the way I look. I still have quite a bit of toning up to do.
